SysPals provides agentless security auditing for Proxmox, VPS, and Cloud clusters. The Service includes log scanning, threat detection, and automated remediation features powered by artificial intelligence.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your infrastructure access credentials. While SysPals assists in identifying and patching vulnerabilities, you maintain ultimate responsibility for the security and integrity of your systems.

• You must provide accurate information when deploying the Service.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not exceed the resource usage limits defined in your plan level.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SysPals, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein, specifically relating to infrastructure logs required for auditing.

SysPals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
